The Dead Or Alive singer and Lynne Corlett were married for 25 years before he had a fling with the man who he went on to also marry, Michael Simpson. Lynne started as the star's stylist and married Burns in Liverpool in 1978.

Speaking after their separation, during his Celebrity Big Brother appearance incredibly she insisted that she and Pete remained soul mates.

 

In 2006, Lynne said - We've been separated for a year. It was time to move on and we're still best friends. We hadn't drifted apart - we're still as close as we ever were. We just needed a change. It was a time when mutually we had to grow in different directions.

Despite Burns cheating on her, Lynne said - Michael is a lovely man and we get on well. I have no problems with that.

And she laughed "What a disappointment I am" Lynne said He was seeing Michael when we were still married but I knew about that.

Pete has always been very honest and Michael wasn't the reason our marriage ended. There really is no scandal behind the breakup, it was very amicable and I'm very proud of him.

Pete and Lynne married just a few years before You Spin Me Round became a massive hit.

Burns' ex-wife lifted the lid on their extraordinary life together and spoke about his surgeries in 2006.

She said - I can't be objective about Pete's surgery because I've spent every single waking hour of my life for 30 years with the guy and I don't see what other people see.

It's the person inside, it's Pete's soul that I was attracted to and that's never changed, as far I'm concerned.

It's just been such a gradual thing, it has evolved over the years and my role in his life has always been hair, makeup, wardrobe, so I guess I'm as guilty as charged. I've been supportive of everything that he does.

 

Pete announced his engagement to his partner, Michael Simpson, on 9 February 2006.

Appearing on Channel 4's Richard & Judy show, they revealed the news while showing off their matching engagement rings, designed by Vivienne Westwood.

Speaking of his relationship, Burns told The Guardian - We would be a lot better if we were blind because then we could fall in love with the spirit of the person as opposed to what they look like. But appearances do matter and because I had never formulated crushes on anyone I felt highly inadequate when I met Michael. His looks are the cover for the best book I've ever read.

Sometimes he criticises himself and I ask 'how can you? You're the most perfect thing I have ever seen.

The couple went no to have their civil partnership on 6 July 2006 but he split from Simpson just 10 months later.

Burns is quoted by The Mail as saying - Surely marriage is throwing anchor and saying, This is where I’m staying, I’ve made my choice and this is all I want because I’ve been on the up and down escalator through the revolving door and I want to stand still. That’s what I expected.

The star who tragically died from a "massive" heart attack on Sunday, aged 57 - was known for his distinctive look, appearing on CBB and his love life.

After his death was announced his management took to Twitter, saying - It is with the greatest sadness that we have to break the tragic news that our beloved Pete Burns of (Dead Or Alive) died suddenly yesterday of a massive cardiac arrest.

Kahaani 2 Trailer - Vidya Balan, Sujoy Ghosh Are Back Again...

The best kind of sequels are one which take a story forward and not present the same story again and again. Kahaani 2 is one such trailer that much like Kahaani, piques your interested right from the beginning.

This is the same woman who took us on a wild goose chase around Kolkata in the first film. I still remember how popular Kahaani was. It was made at a shoe string budget of Rs 9 crore and managed to gross close to 75 crores at the domestic box office. The reason for this is because Sujoy Ghosh had a solid story in hand and a great actor in Vidya Balan.

 

All of this is there in Kahaani 2 as well. The events in this sequel start much after the first film. Durga Rani Singh (we assume that is Vidya's real name but you never know) has a child now and the trailer begins with her being involved in a hit and run case. She slips into a coma and a police officer (Arjun Rampal) tracks her case using her diary entries.

Through the entries he learns about her daughter about that fact that she was embroiled in a kidnapping and murder case and was trying to escape to London.

What happens next? We'll only know when the film releases on 2 December.

But we welcome this Sujoy Ghosh, Vidya Balan combination. Bring on the thrill.

Angelina Jolie Rethinking Divorce Tactics From Brad Pitt

Actress Angelina Jolie's children are helping her rethink how she handles herself in court during the divorce proceedings. The actress has also decided to back off with the aggressive divorce tactics against Pitt for the sake of their children.

Jolie has consistently affirmed that her six children are her biggest priority since she announced her split from Pitt. 

 

"After looking bad in the court of public opinion, Angelina is backing off her aggressive divorce tactics. She wanted to expose the truth about Brad being not as sweet and innocent as his fans think but she didn't anticipate such a backlash from close friends and family. Angelina's trusted advisors have pleaded with her to be more gentle in handling the separation and divorce," the report said.

"Those close to her have also convinced Angie that if she continues to go hard after Brad, the biggest losers will be the people she cares most about, their kids. Her main goal has always been protecting her children" added the source.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on September 19 citing irreconcilable differences while seeking physical custody of six children.

Actress Niddhi Agerwal Can’t Date Anyone - Find Why!!!

In a bizarre move of sorts, makers of the forthcoming dance film Munna Michael have decided to make the actress of the film sign a no dating clause. Niddhi Agerwal who will be making her Bollywood debut with this Tiger Shroff starter has been asked to sign this clause where she will not be allowed her co-star or anyone from or outside the industry until she wraps up the shoot of the film.

Speaking about it, Niddhi admitted that she read the contract (for the film) to ensure if she was reading it right as she wasn’t aware of any such no dating clause. However, she was quick to add that it didn’t bother her and she decided to sign it since she will be focusing on her work solely as of now and it’s just a matter of a few months. She was also in support of the makers stating that it was a move to make sure she is completely dedicated to the craft and was also in agreement with them as she believed that often dating rumors or dating a co-star takes focus away from the film because of which the clause was important. Niddhi in a way expressed that she is glad that she can put off her phone and work for hours without any disturbance.

However, what is further intriguing is the fact that it was only Niddhi Agrewal who was asked to sign the clause but not Tiger Shroff who is the leading man of the film. Explaining the reason for the same was producer Viki Rajani who added that Tiger is already a star while Niddhi is a newcomer and they didn’t want her to be distracted whilst shooting. Further elaborating on the apparent need of signing this clause and defending it from being termed as a sexist move, Viki stated that neither of the makers made her sign the contract with the clause at gunpoint and that Niddhi agreed for this big launch on her own.

Niddhi Agrewal will commence shooting from October 8 which will continue till February 2017. Munna Michael also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui who will be playing the role of a character with grey shades.
